PLEASE Be aware of scammers pretending to be me.
There is at least one person pretending to be me and contacting my commissioners on telegram/discord to scam them out of money. I will NEVER contact you on any messenger (telegram, discord, or any other IM) and I will only ever take payment via invoice on paypal. Never make a payment for a commission through friends and family, paypal will not help you or side with your case.
1] Payment is due upon me contacting you! Please DO NOT submit a form if you do not have the funds. You may lose your slot if payment isn’t received timely. I exclusively work through invoices.
2] Your commission may be posted anywhere. All commissions are for non commercial use only unless otherwise discussed. Additional commercial fees will apply to illustrations used for profit by the commissioner. I reserve the right to print/distribute/include your commission in any of my future collections, prints, or books.
3] I exclusively work with clients 18 and over. I will not work with minors under any circumstances, including with parental permission and supervision.
4] I have the right to decline any material.
5] Extra charges may be applied at my discretion. This may include props and complicated designs. Elements that may require an additional charge: antlers, stripes, wings, specific clothing items with high detail.
6] You are entitled to a full refund at any point, as long as a sketch has not been completed. A partial refund may be discussed beyond this point. However, if the artwork is in the lining process or further, a refund may not be possible. Please reach out to me prior to the charge back process. Initiating a charge back without prior communication will result in a permanent blacklisting and loss of all rights to any artwork produced up to that point.
7] I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point. Depending on the circumstances, I may provide a full refund, where none of the rights to any part of the process are maintained by the client. I may also provide a partial refund, where personal rights to uncompleted work (sketch, lineart) are maintained by the client. This will be decided depending on the situation, and will be discussed prior to the refunding process. After 30 days of no reply, I will automatically refund you in full to the original email address.
8] I don’t provide mid production sketches or WIPS for commissions unless otherwise stated in the commission description. I will offer one round of edits once the work is completed, should there be dissatisfaction.
9] My commissions are geared towards creative freedom, however, should a commissioner require more directive control, I can offer additional services for extra charges. Additional services may include: thumbnails to explore different poses/compositions, sketches/process approvals, drastic edits or changes of direction midway or at the end.
10] I require that all relevant information be provided up front. This includes all reference material, descriptions, and ideas. I work best through visual reference, and may decline work that is too text information heavy. Any information sent after the approval of the commission may be ignored or applied for additional charges. This is to avoid confusion and loss of information.
11] My artwork, commissioned or otherwise, may not be involved in the process of training or creating AI artwork. My artwork may at no time be used for or associated with NFT’s.
Will Draw: feral animals, drugs, alcohol, mild gore & blood, and anthros. While I can draw most animals, I am more comfortable with mammals and may decline some species I don’t feel confident in. Wont draw: humans, robots, armor, very complex weapons. Feel free to inquire about specifics before hand!
